Welcome to LongBeachOnLine.net(LBOL) Community Message Boards! We consider it a privilege to provide our community with an online forum for the exchange of ideas, information and opinions. We respect our community, and expect that participants treat this forum and each other with the same respect. To that end, please observe the following community guidelines:
You are solely responsible for any information you post on our boards. LBOL is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any information posted or transmitted by users of LBOL. In addition, postings do not reflect the view of LBOL, LongBeachOnLine.net, G-site.com, its affiliates, or the directors, officers or employees of any of the foregoing.
Do not post any URLs, that link to innapropriate or offensive, materials or information or any sort of innapropriate or offensive discussion. Any such posting will be subject to removal by LongBeachOnLine.net moderators.
Remember that you are participating in an open forum, and that you should use caution in sharing any information about yourself or others that could be used to identify you, your children, other minors, or anyone else.
You may only post material, that you own, control or have the right to post. LBOL reserves the right to remove any posting, including any posting that appears, in LBOL's sole discretion, to violate or invade the rights of any party, including without limitation intellectual property rights and/or privacy or publicity rights, or that may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
Do not use obscene or otherwise inappropriate language or material in the message boards areas. LBOL reserves the right to remove any postings that it deems inappropriate at any time.
Be respectful of the views expressed by other discussion group members and remember that each is entitled to her/his own opinion. While debate and expression of alternate points of view are encouraged, hostility, abuse, and personal attacks will not be tolerated, and such postings will be removed.
Be advised that by posting on our site, you authorize LBOL to use and/or authorize others to use all or part of your postings in any manner, format, or medium that LBOL or other such parties see fit.
While discussion group moderators are responsible for reviewing the content of each message, they may occasionally consult the Community Manager on issues of appropriateness. The decision of the Community Manager with regard to messages posted in LBOL message boards is final.
If you have concerns about any content you have seen in LBOL message boards areas, or feel that these community guidelines may have been violated, please send an e-mail message to LBOL@g-site.com. Please state the nature of your concern, with as much detail as possible (where you saw the content, username and e-mail address of the participant posting the information, etc.). The LBOL Community Manager will respond to your e-mail as soon as possible.
None of LongBeachOnLine.net, LBOL, its affiliates, or the directors, officers or employees of any of the foregoing shall have any liability based on the use of postings on LongBeachOnLine.net, including any liability for infringement of any proprietary or other right in postings. You shall have no claim or other recourse, including injunctive relief, against LongBeachOnLine.net in connection with your postings or postings by any other participant in LongBeachOnLine.net (LBOL) Community Message Boards.
Simply stated -- If you use these boards, you do so with the acceptance that your message may be removed by LBOL at any time.
