IN THE LOS ANGELES/ORANGE COUNTY AREA, RESIDENTS, BUSINESSES and organizations have spent the first three weeks of December collecting thousands of pounds of pet food, grooming products, cleaning supplies and chew toys for abused and abandoned animals housed in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County, the Valley, Santa Barbara, and Mammoth area shelters and rescues.
