Home Depot Design Centers are a new generation in home improvement stores that are oriented toward interior design products and gardening supplies.
- Stores within the store with extensive use of floor-space exhibits for large and small appliances, flooring, wall treatments, window coverings, lighting, kitchen and bath fixtures, and more
- Displays and Design Center staff located in the front of the store to feature interior design products
- Neutral colors — no orange racks
- Not contractor oriented, yet fully stocked with most hardware items and gardening supplies used by do-it-yourself homeowners.
