"Digging Up Old Bones," Breaking Violet's latest creation, is the focal point of their years of experience. The energy, the rawness, and the compassion of this album makes it appealing and mysterious, a unique distinction between dark and light, between sadness and hope, the inner sanctum of a never ending question matched only by our faith. The tracks include:
Had A Dream, Great Expectations, Change, Crossed the Line, I Don't Want to Die, Finer Days, Trying to Run Away, Harsh Reality, and Greed

Originally a club band, Jupiter had become a victim of the popularity of disco (late 70's) and was finding that many traditional venues were opting for DJ's over live bands. Their reaction was the now infamous "Kill Disco Show" which opened with a live theatrical disemboweling of a white-polyester-suited disco dancer on the dance floor. The shows did not endear them to most of thedisco audiences that viewed the spectacle and in fact some LA clubs "blackballed" them permanently. This album (1980) features an eclectic blend of pre-alternative (punk-new wave) and rock & roll. Vinyl Records -- $35.00 limited number left.
