1. A copy of your copyright certificate or a written statement swearing ownership.
2. A signed letter authorizing us to list your work in our catalog -- must be legible. Must also clearly include the following statement:"I (or we) accept all legal responsibility concerning any erroneous statements or reprsentations made in this letter of authorization."
3. A lyric sheet.
4. A brief biography of the artist or artists -- all.
5. A 10 line description of the work and where it was recorded and how. (send a copy of description by e-mail)
6. Your selling price to the public (including shipping... see below).
7. Musical style category. List the type of music categories (maximum 3).
8. A statment of the number of copies currently available.
9. Your name, mailing address and E-mail address (if available).
10. Your telephone number.
11. A copy of at least one rejection letter -- if available.
12. If you have MP3 or Real Audio clips of your material online please send us the link(s)
    -- we do not store them but we will link to them if you have them. We can create MP3 or Real Audio tracks or clips of your material for a fee -- send us an e-mail or call the number below for info.

Your items will be listed in our online catalog and/or a paper catalog if we publish. Your address, or E-mail address, or telephone number (whichever you prefer) will be listed along with your contact name. You will receive any orders directly and you will be responsible for the shipping -- we will list your price including shipping and handling -- if you want to charge $7.99 plus shipping and handling of $2.00 the price will just be listed as $9.99 -- if you only send us one price then we will list only one price.

When you sell something we will accept the commission of your choice...that is all.
